This project documents the University of Maine football team’s annual community event, focusing on the players’ involvement off the field and their connection with local youth. The goal of the edit was to translate both the activity and atmosphere of the event into a cohesive, engaging visual story.

The piece is structured around a balance of key interactions and candid moments, using pacing and sequencing to build a natural sense of progression throughout the day. Rather than simply documenting events in order, the edit emphasizes energy, engagement, and emotional flow.

Key creative decisions included:

This project reflects my approach to sports storytelling: creating content that goes beyond documentation and instead builds a narrative around energy, relationships, and experience—designed for modern platforms where attention and engagement are key.
